I had a decent stay at KSL Hotel & Resort, mainly due to its convenient location above a shopping mall. However, there were several maintenance issues that brought down the experience, like the unreliable Wi-Fi and poorly maintained facilities. I'd say there's room for improvement in terms of service and cleanliness.
